💸 How much do I earn as a spot owner?
You earn 80% of your listing price. Payments are made after spot access is confirmed.
🛠️ What does the commission cover?
Renter verification, secure payments, support, and platform maintenance.
💰 What are the fees for renters?
AED 500 refundable deposit + AED 500 non-refundable one-time handling fee.
📆 What’s the minimum contract duration?
The minimum contract duration is set by the parking owner, but it’s usually 3 months for first-time bookings, followed by monthly auto-renewals unless canceled.
⏱️ When do owners get paid?
Owners can request payment anytime from their dashboard after the renter accesses the spot. Payouts are processed within 2 business days, with a minimum withdrawal amount of AED 100.
❌ Can I cancel my listing or booking?
Yes — cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
🛑 What if there's an access issue?
Our team resolves issues within 48 hours.
🔄 Is the deposit refunded automatically?
Yes, once the access card/key is returned in good condition.
